Whether Skype is considered cheating depends on the context and the intentions behind its use. If Skype is being used to communicate with someone in a romantic or flirtatious manner behind a partner's back, then it could be considered cheating. However, if Skype is being used for innocent and platonic conversations with friends or colleagues, then it may not be considered cheating. Ultimately, honesty, communication, and mutual understanding within a relationship are key in determining what constitutes cheating. **

Skype may pixelate during a video call due to a poor internet connection or network congestion. When the internet speed is slow or unstable, Skype may struggle to transmit and receive data smoothly, resulting in pixelation. Additionally, if the device's hardware or software is outdated or incompatible with Skype's requirements, it may also lead to pixelation during calls. Regularly updating the app, ensuring a stable internet connection, and using compatible devices can help reduce pixelation on Skype calls. **
